Join Bolton Metro

An inclusive performance swimming squad

Welcome to Bolton Metro Swim Squad, where our passion is helping swimmers like you reach their full potential. We're delighted you're considering joining our squad, which provides tailored training to help you achieve your goals at County, Regional, National, and even International levels.

Our squad is designed for swimmers who have attained Level 7 or above. If you're not quite there yet, don't worry—we're here to guide you. We can recommend other clubs better suited to your current level and will help you progress so you can join us in the future.

To get started, fill out our trial application form. After submission, our membership team will review your details and contact you to schedule your trial session. 

What to Bring to Your Trial:

• Swimming trunks/costume
• A pair of goggles
• A towel
• A water bottle of at least 500ml

Your trial will coincide with a regular club training session, allowing you to observe our training environment and allowing us to assess your ability level.

The trial is also the perfect time for you and your parents to ask any questions about the squad and our training approach. We're here to support you in achieving your swimming goals.

Shortly after the trial, you will receive an email confirming an offer of a place in one of our training squads or providing constructive feedback.
